Eduardo Rivera is a prolific composer, singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist who currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
With over a decade of experience in the music industry, Eduardo has honed his craft as a composer. He had the honor of being the senior composer for Wait What, the company formed by the co-founders of TED Talks, for 2.5 years. Throughout his tenure with Wait What, Eduardo composed for multiple shows: Masters of Scale, Meditative Story, and Spark & Fire for which he won a Signal Award for Best Original Score. In 2023, Eduardo partnered with Director, Brad Allgood, to score his award-winning documentary, "Patrol".
His music has also been featured in Netflix’s show, “Trinkets” as well as ABC’s, “The Rookie”. In 2017, Eduardo wrote music for the award-winning Documentary, “Sea Gypsies: Far Side of the World”.
In addition to scoring for media, Eduardo has stayed busy producing Los Angeles indie artist talents such as: Lauren Ruth Ward, Oddnesse, Alicia Blue, Anahita Skye, and Tinkers.
With his diverse musical background, education, and formal training, Eduardo can draw from an array of masterful composers before him, while maintaining an aesthetic distinctly his own.
As a BIPOC composer, Eduardo aims to elevate the voice of minorities and create opportunities for underrepresented composers and musicians.
